The Worthington Ballroom has been reserved for our tournament events. It has a capacity of about 200 people so it should be adequate for our high-traffic days. Thursday and Friday evenings, the room remains ours until 11pm, so we are free to use it in the evening as a hospitality room for pickup games and other activities. We have to clear out by 5pm Saturday but another meeting room will be made available for hospitality, for those staying Saturday night.
After the closing events on Saturday, we plan to have a combined pizza party and worship night at Northpointe Community Church, just a couple miles up the road. Those staying a little later on Saturday or Sunday, feel free to join us for a fun and relaxing evening!
A block of 60 hotel rooms have been set aside for the tournament. The negotiated price is $99 per night, a little higher than many recent tournaments, but it falls on the same weekend as a car show, so hotel space is tight.
